The journey through centuries starts in the very heart of Rome where
milions of people each day of the year, while in Rome, wishes to come
back to the Eternal City - Trevi Fountain.
Continuing along Via Quattro Fontane we will see the amazing Fountains
of the Four Seasons and from Via Nazionale we will descend towards
Piazza Venezia and its famous Memorial to the King Vittorio Emanuele II and the Tomb of the unknown soldier.
The area behind Piazza Venezia is well known as the excavation area and
the marvelous sights of Roman Forum, and other forums dedicated to the ancient roman emperors will not to be missed.
Taking Via dei Fori Imperiali we will reach Colosseum and enjoy the architecture of the ancient Rome that stands for the centuries showing
its colossal beauty and fighting with time.
The next stop is the Palatine Hill where once the roman emperors had their
palaces. What is left now are the walls with frescoes, stadium, fountains
surrounded by the trees.
Going towards the Aventine Hill we will pass just next to the Circus Maximus
that anybody who saw the film Ben Hurr will imagine the scene of races with
charriots...
Our tour proceeds towards the Synagogue and Trastevere to the most pictueresque
place - Gianicolo Hill, with the marvelous view of Rome.
The journey finishes passing next to the Castel San't Angelo and St.Peters's
Church.
