Rome, besides the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, there are very important museums. But during the high season period, it is often inevitable to line up in long lines for entrance of the museum and tourist facilities. Among them, the Borghese museum is reserved on request. Besides, if you don't book early, you can't reserve date you want visit. In order to not be such a thing, it is advisable to plan well the program and book your ticket online.

Vatican Museums is the greatest museum in the world, since they display works from the immense collection built up by the Roman Catholic Church throughout the centuries including some of the most renowned classical sculptures and most important masterpieces of Renaissance art in the world.The museum founded in the early 16th century by Pope Julius ll. The  "Sistine Chapel " with it's ceiling decorated by Michelangelo and the "Stanza della Segnatura" decorated by Raffaello are on the visitor route through the Vatican Museums.

 is in the Vatican Museum.
To arrival Sistine Chapel, you have to need to enter the museum.
Can't entre from St. Peter's church.

Galeria Borghese

Borghese Gallery located inside of Borghese Park. Borghese park covers a vast area in the heart of Rome. It was created in the early twentieth century. The villa includes building, sculptures, monuments and fountains by famous artists from the Baroque, Neoclassical and eclectic periods arranged in a park featuring lakes, Italian  gardens, large open spaces and trees hundreds of years old, all laid out in accordance with the fashions then current in Europe. Today there are 6 museums, 12 institutions, theater and zoo in the park.

The Galeria Borghese houses a substantial part of the Borghese collection of paintings, sculpture and antiquities, begun by Cardinal scipione Borghese. Scipione Borghese was an early patron of Bernini and avid collector of works by Caravaggio. Other collections of great painters are Tiziano, Raffaello and Rubens.

Gelleria Nazionale d'Arte Antica in Palazzo Barberini

The collection is particulary rich in masterpieces of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. The fifteenth century painting by Fillippo Lippi, Madonna and Child Enthroned. Most consistent of the paintings of the sixteen century, including the Fornarina by Raphael, Andrea del del Sarto, Beccafumi, Sodom, Bronzino, Lotto, Tintoretto, Tizian, El Greek, to get to the end of the '500 with the beautiful Judith beheading Holofernes by Caravaggio.

Musei Capitolini

The Capitolini Museum date back to 1471, when pops sistus IV donated to the people of Rome a group of bronze status that until the had been kept at the Latetan. These statues constituted its original core collection. Various popes subsequently expended the collection with works taken from excavations around Rome; some were moved from the Vatican, some such as the Albani collection, were bought specifically for the museum.
